If you are looking for a Mini, I'm sure you will not want to spend 2000 € on it (price is the base of the product), so forget about Apple Cinema Display.

If you want a nice screen, why not try a LCD TV with direct VGA input? There are some in the market. If not, you got a cable in the Apple Store to connect the mini to a TV.
